Thoughts that go through your head as you wait in the house for an electrician to arrive as there has been a power cut, and the estimated time is four hours but it could be any time before then so you cannot leave the house:

“Well, I can’t get any work done, so I may as well just watch some TV…oh….or maybe a DV….oh…well, I could just put on some musi…oh…well at least I have the radi…oh…I guess I’ll just catch up on my laundr…oh…perhaps I can go for a wal…oh…well, the flat needs vacuu…oh…I’ll sit here and read a book, then.”
